USA Tourist Visa Requirements

Basic Documents for All Applicants

  1. Passport color scan copy with all stamps & visa pages – current original passport and all previous passports (minimum 6 months validity).

  2. Personal bank statement (last 6 months) with bank solvency certificate.

  3. Applicant NID copy.

  4. NID copy of father, mother, spouse, and child (birth certificate if NID unavailable).

  5. Marriage certificate & Nikah Nama.

  6. Fixed deposit copy with certificate from bank.

  7. Asset valuation documents:

    • Flat documents

    • House documents

    • Shop documents

    • Fixed deposit documents

    • Land deed

    • Car blue book

    • Schanchaipatra & other financial documents

  8. Income Tax certificate (last 3 years).

  9. TIN certificate.

  10. Credit card statement (last 3 months, if applicable).

  11. Travel insurance.

Additional Documents for Job Holders

  1. NOC / Forwarding letter from employer.

  2. Office ID card copy.

  3. Salary certificate.

  4. Salary pay slips (last 6 months or salary account statement).

Additional Documents for Business Persons

  1. Company bank statement (last 6 months) with bank solvency certificate.

  2. Blank page of office letterhead/pad.

  3. Renewed trade license.

  4. BIN certificate / IRC / ERC / Memorandum & other business documents (if applicable).

  5. Visiting card.

Additional Documents for Other Professions

  1. Visiting card (2 pcs).

  2. BDMC certificate (for doctors).

  3. BAR council certificate (for advocates).

  4. Retirement documents (if applicable).

  5. Visa forwarding letter for government service holders (GO).

  6. For students: student ID card copy & leave letter.
