Welcome to Jol Utshob Tours Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking with us via https://jolutshobtours.com, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Overview

Jol Utshob Tours Ltd. is a registered travel agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We offer domestic and international travel packages, ticketing, hotel booking, visa assistance, and related services.

2. Booking Process

Bookings must be confirmed via website, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
A booking is only confirmed after payment of the required deposit or full amount.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details (name, dates, documents).
We may cancel bookings in case of non-payment or fraud.

3. Payment Terms

We accept cash, bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, and debit/credit cards.
All payments must be made within the invoice due date.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is made.

4. Cancellation, Amendment & Refund

4.1 Cancellation by Client

30+ days before: 20% cancellation fee
15–29 days before: 50%
7–14 days before: 75%
Less than 7 days: No refund

Visa rejection is not eligible for full refund.

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel tours for unforeseen reasons (e.g. force majeure, low bookings). Full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4.3 Amendments

Change requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and required documents. We assist but do not guarantee visa approval.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend travel insurance for medical, delay, and baggage loss coverage. Travel without insurance is at client’s risk.

7. Health, Safety & Special Needs

Clients must be medically fit for travel and inform us of any special needs. We try to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests.

8. Itinerary & Tour Changes

Itineraries may change due to operational or external issues. We will offer suitable alternatives but no compensation for minor changes.

9. Airline Responsibility

We are not liable for airline delays, baggage loss, or policy changes. Passengers must check-in on time and follow airline rules.

10. Our Responsibility

We work with third-party vendors and are not liable for their actions. We’re not responsible for delays, disasters, or external events.

11. Client Conduct

Clients must behave respectfully. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the tour without refund.

12. Complaints & Disputes

Raise any complaints during the tour so we can resolve them. Formal complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the tour.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is owned by Jol Utshob Tours Ltd. and may not be reused without permission.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dhaka.
