Basic Documents for Single Entry Applicants

  1. Current passport and old passports (minimum 9 months validity).

  2. Recent photos – 2 copies (2×2 size, white background, matte printed).

  3. Bank statement and bank solvency certificate

    • Minimum balance: 2 Lac per person.

    • If a large deposit occurs suddenly, proof of source of income must be provided.

  4. Visiting card.

  5. TIN certificate (in English).

Additional Documents for Business Persons

  1. Trade license with English-translated notarized copy.

  2. Memorandum for limited company.

  3. Company letterhead pad.

Additional Documents for Job Holders

  1. NOC / forwarding letter from employer.

  2. Job ID card.

Additional Documents for Partner or Children

  1. Nikah Nama (if spouse name is missing in passport) / Marriage certificate.

  2. Children’s birth certificate, school ID card, or NOC letter.

Note: The Embassy may request a police clearance certificate. Do not obtain it unless the Embassy specifically asks.
