For Job Holder:

  1. NOC/Forwarding Letter.
  2. Office ID Card Copy.
  3. Salary Certificate.
  4. Salary Pay Slip Last 6 Months.
  5. Salary Pay Slip for the Last Six Months or Salary Account Statement.

For Business Person:

  1. Company Bank Statement for the Last 6 Months with Bank Solvency Certificate.
  2. Blank Page of Office Pad.
  3. Renewal of Trade License.
  4. Bin Certificate/IRC/ERC/Memorandum & Other Business Docs (if have).
  5. Visiting Card.

For Other Professions:

  2. BDMC Certificate for Doctor.
  3. BAR Council Certificate for Advocate.
